The crowd is
the camera crew.
Turn any live event into a multi-camera broadcast, produced live from the phones already in the room.
Everyone is filming.
No one is directing.
At every concert, game, and service, hundreds of phones are already recording the same moment from every angle. That footage stays trapped on individual phones. The live story gets told from one shaky, fixed point of view.
- Pro multi-camera means gear, software, and a crew. Out of reach for most.
- Existing phone apps (Switcher, Mevo, ManyCam) assume one operator owns every camera and sets them up in advance.
- No tool lets independent people in the same place pool their phones into one live, switchable broadcast.
One session.
Every angle. Switched live.
MixStreamLive is a mobile app where one person starts a live stream and anyone nearby can join as an extra camera. The director sees every feed, previews any angle, and cuts the broadcast between them in real time.
Host goes live
The event organizer opens an official session at the venue.
Crowd adds cameras
Nearby fans request to join. The host approves their angle.
Director cuts live
Preview any feed, take it live, switch back. A vision mixer in your pocket.
A vision mixer
in the crowd.
This is the host’s screen at a live show. The big monitor is what the audience sees. The strip is every fan camera in the venue. Tap to preview, tap to take it live, switch back, all in real time. The fan whose angle is live appears on screen, by name.
Preview. Take live.
Let the crowd in.
Quality first,
by design.
A short broadcast delay lets each camera upload full-quality footage before it airs, so every switch is clean and crisp, never the degraded feed of a raw real-time cut.
Self-tuning delay
Strong signal stays near real-time. Weak signal quietly lengthens the buffer to hold quality. The app decides, not the user.
Every phone records
Each camera saves full quality to its own device. Pristine footage exists even if the live network struggles.
Re-cut after the show
Every event becomes a complete multi-angle recording, editable into a polished final cut.
The organizer hosts.
The crowd follows.
The feature that drives growth: an Official Event. The rights holder, a church media team or an artist’s tour crew, starts the verified session. That anchor gives the whole crowd one place to point their cameras and a reason everyone wants to be on it.
Land the event, the crowd comes built-in
We don’t chase millions of consumers with ads. We sign up organizers. Each one brings their own audience and their own camera operators.
Clean, approved, owned
The host approves every camera and can drop any feed instantly. The event owns its official broadcast. Fans keep their own footage. Control is the thing venues care about, and we hand it to them.
Proven at scale.
Proven every week.
Concerts & live events
Every show is a packed room of fans already filming. The producer’s crew hosts; fans rush to join the official stream. The lead market: high-value enterprise deals with concert and event companies worldwide.
Houses of worship
Megachurches stream every week and already run volunteer camera teams. One signup is recurring usage forever. Proves predictable, repeatable demand.
Together they tell the whole story: it works at scale and it works every week.
For everyone who
can’t afford a crew.
The same feature that powers concerts solves a real problem for organizations that have events worth capturing but no budget for video production. The audience becomes the camera crew.
Churches & ministries
Multi-angle coverage of services without hiring or equipping a video team.
Nonprofits & causes
Galas, rallies, and fundraisers captured from the crowd, then published to their own channel.
Schools, teams & events
Recitals, games, weddings, conferences. Any gathering where attendees are already filming.
The one thing
no one else does.
| CAPABILITY | SWITCHER / MEVO / MANYCAM | MIXSTREAMLIVE |
|---|---|---|
| Multi-camera switching | Yes | Yes |
| Phones as cameras | Yes | Yes |
| Per-camera recording & re-cut | Yes | Yes |
| Strangers discover & join on the spot | No | Yes |
| Crowd-sourced camera pool | No | Yes |
| Organizer-hosted official events | No | Yes |
The switching technology is proven, which de-risks the build. Our moat is the social model on top of it: location-based discovery, request-to-join, and organizer-controlled crowd coverage.
Three gates between
the crowd and the screen.
When strangers can contribute cameras, control is everything, and it’s exactly what we give the host. Nothing reaches the audience by accident.
No camera joins unasked
Contributors must be approved by the host before they can become a camera. Bad actors are stopped at the door.
Approved isn’t live
An approved camera appears only in the host’s private preview. It reaches the broadcast solely when the host chooses to switch to it.
One tap removes it
The broadcast delay buffer means a flagged moment can be cut before it airs. One tap drops the feed, removes the last seconds, and jumps to a safe camera.
Hosts set their own risk level, from loose at a concert to a locked-down mode for worship where nothing airs without confirmation. Tools, not guarantees: event and contributor responsibilities are defined in the terms of service.
Watch in-app.
Publish to YouTube.
Live happens inside MixStreamLive, which keeps the audience and the value with us. YouTube is the bridge to where organizations already live, their own channels, their own congregations and fanbases.
Publish after the event
The finished program feed posts straight to the host’s own YouTube channel right after the event. Simple, free to broadcast to, and exactly where churches and artists already put their content.
Go live to YouTube
The switched broadcast streams live to YouTube as it airs in-app. One outbound feed, not many, so the added cost stays modest. Added once events ask for it.
YouTube is the launch target because it openly supports third-party streaming, suits long-form live events, and is free for viewers. Other platforms can follow. Current platform terms to be verified at build time.
A global layer for
live experiences.
Not one market, many, on every continent. Each is a deep-pocketed buyer for whom crowd-camera coverage is a brand-new product line.
Global rights holders
FIFA & football confederations, tennis Grand Slams, golf majors, basketball, cricket. The highest-value tier, worldwide.
Theme parks
Disney, Universal, resorts. Each park is its own deployment, so one operator is many contracts.
Concert & festival groups
Live Nation, AEG, global festivals. Six-figure potential across a tour or festival calendar.
Worship networks
Megachurches across the US, Latin America, Africa, Asia. Recurring weekly, sticky, predictable.
Streamers with audiences
Fans join their stream at events and feel part of it. The viral funnel beneath enterprise.
Ad & sponsor share
A later engine: revenue-share on creator ad and sponsorship money, once the enterprise base is proven.
The venue screen
recruits the crowd.
Events put the live crowd feed on their own screens, the way NBA and MLB teams already run fan-cams and jumbotron moments. Fans see someone’s angle on the big screen with their name on it, and want to be next. That desire is the download.
On the big screen
The event shows the live crowd feed on its venue monitors, fan angles with names and photos.
Scan to join
QR codes around the venue let fans download in seconds for the chance to be featured.
Add their angle
New cameras join the session. More angles, a better broadcast, more footage.
See themselves
Their shot hits the screen, by name. They share it. The next fan wants in.
Two wins at once: it drives downloads fast at every event, and it gives the venue visible value for their license, in-arena fan engagement they already pay for elsewhere. On-screen identity is opt-in at join, and the host’s safety controls govern what reaches the screen.
Cash-efficient
by design.
Enterprise clients pay real money up front, often yearly, which funds the team that serves them. Infrastructure is rented and scales with paid usage. The honest pressure point: enterprise sales lag, so an anchor client paying early, or a small bridge, smooths Year 1.
Land anchors
iOS first. Close one or two marquee pilots across sports, parks, or concerts. Prove the official-event loop.
Scale enterprise
Build the sales engine. Android. More rights holders worldwide. Pro/Venue tier grows underneath.
Add ad-share & exit
Creator ad/sponsor revenue layer. Multi-segment global traction. Position for acquisition.
Every event is
a broadcast waiting
to be switched.
The cameras are already there. We just put a director in the crowd.
